This work quickly became widely and urgently important: with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for telehealth services rapidly intensified. Because of this successful bill, PPMW launched telehealth at the outset of COVID-19 and is to better serve our Maryland patients. 

PPMW also expanded our college programming this year by working with students to launch a new formal advocacy group at University of Maryland, College Park. These students will mobilize their peers to take action for reproductive health access on campus and in the broader community.
