Abortion Access Fund
This fund exists to provide access to anyone in need of an abortion, no matter their geographic or financial circumstances. As we see the influx of patients from other states come to us in need of safe and compassionate abortion. The Abortion Access Fund ensures we meet the needs of every patient.
TeleMAB (telemedicine abortion) is available at PPMW
PPMW is privileged to be the second Planned Parenthood in the nation to provide direct to patient telemedicine abortion.
- TeleMAB is available to those with an address in DC, Maryland, or Virginia.
- This care is offered up to eight weeks and six days after the start of a person’s last menstrual period.
- The flexibility of this service is particularly helpful to those who might encounter difficulty scheduling an abortion appointment at one of our health centers.
The Pink Cape Society
This is a group of generous PPMW philanthropists who contribute to our endowed Abortion Access Fund. This group's generosity allows PPMW to protect and provide safe and compassionate abortion to all who need it no matter where they reside.
